موضحاً انقضاء يقدم هذا الكتاب كسب الملكية وتعريفها واسبابها وتركيبها وتقسيمها وتطبيقها على الحقوق العينية و شأن القانون و الإرادة فيها و يتناول في الفصل الأول المنقولات التي لم يكن لها مالك أصلا والمنقولات التي أصبحت من غير مالك و المنقولات الضائعة و أحكام الكنز هذا بالإضافة الى الضمان و الميراث و تصفية التركة و تعيين الوصي و صلاحياته و يشير الى مراحل التصفية حيث يبدأ بجرد التركة وتسوية ديونها وتنفيذ الوصايا والتكاليف ذاكرا بعض القواعد الخاصة بقسمة التركات ثم ينتقل الى الوصية مبينا المركز القانوني للموصى له وحماية الموصى له من تصرفات الوارث ويبين اكتساب حق التسجيل بنزع الملكية أو بحكم قضائي والأتصال بالعقار والاتصال الطبيعي الصناعي واتصال المنقول بالمنقولة ثم يشير الى العقد ونصوصه القانونية مبينا أن العقد سبب مكسب لملكية المنقول ومكسب لحق التسجيل والعقد سبب لكسب ملكية الطوابق والشقق ولكسب حق الملكية على الأراضي الموات ويتناول حق الشفعة مصدرها التاريخي وتقدير نظام الشفعة وتكييف حقها وخصائصها وشرائطها موضحا تزاحم الشفعاء من طبقة واحدة ومن طبقات مختلفة وما هو التصرف الذي يجيز الشفعة والتصرفات التي لاتجوز فيها الشفعة مفرقا بين المال المشفوع منه ( المشتري ) والمال المشفوع فيه ( المبيع) ثم يتتبع إجراءات الشفعة الى الشفعة بالتراضي وبالتقاضي وسقوط الشفعه وآثار الأخذ بالشفعه والأولوية بالأ خذ فيها.
