لقد بدأ التشغيب بتكفير الحكام بالجملة، ثم بتأييد اغتيال العلماء والئمة الذين لا يشاركونهم فى تشغيبهم هذا، ثم بهجر مساجد المسلمين، ثم بجواز تفجير مجتمعات الكفار العسكرية والمدنية، وكانوا فى هذا مقتصدين، بجواز تفجير وتدمير المسلمين معهم، ثم انتهوا إلى جواز غزو قرى المسلمين وتفجيرها، على أساس رميهم بالردة، وكانوا فى هذا مسرفين، كل هذه الجرائم كانت بفتاوى ممن لا يعرفون بعلم ولا كادوا، منهم أو قتادة الفلسطينى، رجل لا يعرفه أهل العلم، فلما أراد أن يعرف نصب نفسه مفتياً، وجاء بعظائم الأمور، ومن هذه العظائم قوله: "فتوى كبيرة الشان حول جواز قتل الذرية والنسوان..!!".
