الحقيقة الجمالية التي تعوم على التخييل هي مادة علم الجمال... لهذا يرى هيدغر أن العمل الفني هو بداية إنشاء حقيقة جمالية تجعل النص الفني آيه مضافة على آيات الطبيعة.
ومن هنا، كان التمييز بين الخلق الإلهي للطبيعة وبين الإبداع الذاتي لصنع الفن، الأول من خلق الله، والثاني من إنشاء الفنانين، فالنص بوصفه صيغة دلالية موجهة إلى المتلقي، هو نص لغوي أصلاً، ولكنه يخرج من دائرة اللغة لكي يبدو مع الحضارة نصاً تشكيلياً مرئياً، ونصاً صوتياً موسيقياً.
هذا وقد استوفى النص الأدبي حقه من الدراسة البيانية والدلالية بواسطة الألسنبين والسيميائيين، كما استوفى النص الموسيقي نصيبه الواسع من الدراسة وكان له علم قائم في الغرب وهو (Musicologie) الذي له مراجعه ومؤسساته ومعاهده.
وفي نطاق النص التشكيلي المرئي، كان علماء الجمال في الغرب قد توسعوا في دراسته منذ أرسطو وكانط وحتى هيغل وإلى اليوم، وفي الفكر العربي كان أبو حيان التوحيدي ومنذ ألف عام أكثر المفكرين إهتماماً بدراسته هذا النص، ومع تجمع دراسة هذه النصوص بين يدي المتلقي فرداً أو جمهوراً، كان السؤال دائماً، كيف يتعامل المتلقي مع هذه النصوص، إذ إن علم التقليدي عمل على أفراد جلّ صفحاته للحديث عن دور المؤلف، دون أن ينظر إلى المتلقي إلا كمتذوق أو كقارئ حيادي لنص تقليدي كلاسيكي، فلم يساعد هذا العلم على توسيع قراءة هذه النصوص وتفسيرها، وعلى الإفساح في مجال التناصّ بفعل المتلقي.
من هنا، تأتي أهمية هذا البحث الذي يحاول الإجابة عن السؤال المطروح آنفاً، متوقفاً عند حدود دور المتلقي في قراءة النص التشكيلي وفي تأويله، مما يفيد في بناء النص مشاركة مع مؤلفه.
