لست أدرى من سوء الحظ أو من حسن الحظ كنت أتجول في معرض الكتاب ولمحت عند أحد بائعى سور الأزبكية كتاباً يحمل عنوان "البيان في علم الكوتشينة والفنجان" فسال لعابى ووجدت يدى تمتد لتحمله بسرعة ولم أفاصل في ثمنه وأعلم أن البائع استغل شغفي به والفضول الذى ظهر على ملامحى ورفع ثمنه ولم أعبأ.. "فيموت الزمار..".
وأخذت الكتاب وأنا سعيدة جداً.. أريد أن أعرف ما به من أسرار حتى لا أتورط ثانية.. وأضع يدى على فنون هذا العلم بحق وحقيق وشعرت أننى أمتلك كنزاً..
وعندما تصفحته فماذا وجدت أنه علم له طقوسه وطرقه الخاصة وتفسيراته التي لم تخطر يوماً لى على بال.. ولأتاكد من حقيقة ما هو مكتوب أصبحت كل يوم أقوم بعمل فنجان قهوة لنفسى وأتدرب عليه وأحاول أن أفسر رموزه.
ولكنى في الحقيقة وجدت المسألة صعبة حبتين وخاصة في سننا هذه بيكون الحفظ صعب شوية.. فهل تساعدنى عزيزى القارئ وتقلب فنجانك وتنظر معى بداخله ربما توصلنا إلى الأسرار التي تخفيها عنا، وربما تعرفت أنت على أسرارك من فنجانك دون الحاجة لى أو لغيرى ولكن قبل أن تقوم بهذا انتبه وركز انتباهك معى.. فالمسألة ليست بهذه السهولة لأن قلب الفنجان نفسه له أصول يجب أن تتعلمها وتطبقها أولاً.. فهيا معى لتتعرف كما قلنا على أسرارك من فنجانك وتدخل معى عالم الفنجان.
