يهدى الشاعر السماح عبد الله هذا الديوان الشعرى المكون من خمسين قصيدة شعرية الى الشاعر الكبير محمد عفيفى مطر اذا أهداه الشاعر ثلاثه عشر قمرا ضافيا ومسامرات كثيره على حد قوله .. وقد كتب الشاعر هذه القصائد بين عامى 98 و 99 .. الشاعر من مواليد مدينة سوهاج المصرية .. فى الصعيد نجد الخضره والماء والوجوه الحسنة السمراء المصرية الجملية وكل الأشياء المرادفه لهذه الطبيعه الجميلة وكلها موجوده فى شعره الراقع الرشيف وبالرغم من شعره على الفهم إلا أنه يستخدم كلمات غير مطروقه بكثرة فهو كثير الاضطلاع بحكم عمله فى الدب والصحافه.
