قارئة أنا بحق, ولكنى قارئة مهمومة بمشاكل وطني العربي وأسفي كبير على ما آل إليه العرب من انقسامات ونحن أحوج مانكون إلى الوحدة, الآخر فى مفهومنا متربص دائما بنا, لم نتعود كعرب فى حياتنا, ولذا لم يكن الحوار يوما ما طريقنا لحل صراعاتنا كعرب بعضنا البعض أو بيننا والآخرين.
مهمومة أيضا حين أرى الطغيان بأشكاله المختلفة, يهدد أمن وسلامة الإنسانية جمعاء, وبصوره المختلفة من انتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان, إلى حصار اقتصادى, أو تجارة رقيق, إلى استنزاف موارد, أو إثارة فتنة طائفية أو عقائدية أو تفرقة عنصرية.. إلخ كما سترون بداخل الكتاب
