تحت عنوان (حدائق الإيمان) يقدم الخطيب السيد قاسم الغريفي مجموعة هامة من القصص القرآني وهي في مضمونها محاولة للوقوف والتأمل في بعض ما يُمكِّن الإنسان المسلم اليوم من الإستفادة من الدروس والعبر في شخصية وحياة من سبقونا وبالأخص الأنبياء والصالحين والحكمة من كل ذلك.
ما يميّز هذا الكتاب أن مؤلفه اتبع أسلوب القص الروائي، لأن القصص الصادق يقدم أبلغ صورة للقارىء وتساعده على استحضار ذلك الزمن بأحداثه ووقائعه وشخوصه فنعثر في الكتاب على قصص لآدم عليه السلام وأهل الكهف وذي القرنين وقارون وأصحاب السبت ومريم وأصحاب الأخدود وأصحاب الفيل ونحوهم. في الكتاب أيضاً عرض لحوادث وقعت في زمن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم كغزوة بدر وأُحُد وغزوة حنين وتبوك والهجرة والإسراء ونحو ذلك، بالإضافة إلى قصص الأنبياء في دعوتهم إلى قومهم و المعجزات التي أيدهم الله بها، وموقف غير المؤمنين، ومراحل الدعوة وتطورها وعاقبة المكذبين وثواب المؤمنين، وهنا تحضر قصص نوح وإبراهيم وموسى وهارون وعيسى ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خاتم المرسلين.
يقول المؤلف: "نظراً لكثرة مواضيع القصص القرآني في القرآن الكريم وطولها وتشعبها ... رأيت الإقتصار مناسباً على بعض هذه القصص، متتبعاً الفوائد التي حملتها مستظهراً فوائدها من آيات القرآن الكريم بالدرجة الأولى والروايات الواردة عن أئمة أهل البيت عليهم السلام. وكانت هذه الفوائد متنوعة بتنوّع مراحل ومحطات كل قصة من هذه القصص، فمنها التاريخية ومنها العقائدية ومنها الإجتماعية ومنها الأخلاقية والتربوية ومنها الفكرية (...) التي يمكن من خلالها الإستدلال على ما ورد في عقيدتنا بأئمة أهل البيت عليهم السلام واستظهار منزلتهم عند الله وأدوارهم التي تمثل عصارة دور الأنبياء والمرسلين ومواقفهم من لدن أبينا آدم إلى خاتم النبيين محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم مشبعة بالشواهد التاريخية والنكات الأدبية، وبلغة عصرية (...) مواكبة للثقافات المعاصرة ...".
