هذا بحث جمعت فيه شيئاً من مخالفات الإمام/ ابن حزم- رحمه الله- في الاعتقاد، والتي خالف فيها اعتقاد السلف في بعض المباحث العقدية كـ: مبحثي: "الإيمان"، و "الأسماء والصفات"، ووجدت من الإنصاف مع إيرادها بحث أصل اتهام الإمام ابن حزم بأنه جهمي- كما سيأتي في كلام غير واحد من أهل العلم الذين نسبوه إلى مذهب "الجمهية"- ومما لا شك فيه أنه- رحمه الله- قد وافقهم في بعض مسائل الاعتقاد، لاسيما مبحث "الأسماء والصفات"، إلا أن هذا الأمر قد وقع له من باب الوفاق لا الاتفاق، وقد راعيت التزام الحيدة والإنصاف، والبعد عن الميل والأهواء.
