الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا يناقش في أقسامه الأربعة المواجهة العربية الإسرائيلية في نتائجها الإعلامية ومسارات التسوية التائهة وكيفية إدارة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للصراع العربي- الإسرائيلي وتجسيد الرؤية الإسرائيلية لمفهوم السلام الإسرائيلي والاستهداف الأمريكي إلى وضع تكون فيه إسرائيل هي القوة العظمى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وبالتالي أحداث تغييرات معينة في المجتمعات العربية وفي الوعي العربي بعد أحداث سبتمبر 2001 والغزو الأمريكي للعراق وهو ما لا يحوز رضاء الرأي العام العربي في مجمله.
وتحلل أقسام هذا الكتاب نتائج حروب 1956، 1948، 1967، 1973، على الصعيدين الإعلامي والسياسي ورصد نقاط الضعف في المجتمع الإسرائيلي وتناقضاته الطبقية وتفككه الاجتماعي وهو ما يمكن تلمسه في الوقت الحاضر في الهجرة المضادة من إسرائيل بحسب رؤى الباحثين الإسرائيليين أنفسهم. صحيح أن إسرائيل قد نجحت في تحجيم دور الأطراف العربية وعزل بعضها عن محيط الصراع بتبرير محاربة الإرهاب والدفاع عن النفس؛ ومن هنا يركز الباحثون الإسرائيليون على صياغة السياسات التي ينبغي على القيادة الإسرائيلية إنتاجها لفرض الإرادة الإسرائيلية الأمر الذي يهدد الأمن العالمي ويزيد من حدة الصراع في المنطقة، وقد أدار المؤلف هذا الكتاب في ثلاثة أقسام تسبقهم مقدمة ويلحقهم فصل ختامي، وقد تم التوثيق العلمي من ثنايا ثبت بالهوامش والمراجع في نهاية كل فصل على حدة مما يجعل الكتاب لا غنى عنه للمخططين وللإعلاميين والسياسيين العرب. ويرجو المؤلف أن يكون قد أدى بعض الواجب إلى جانب الباحثين العرب من علماء السياسة والإعلام.
