تضم هذه المجموعة التي بين يدينا ثلاث إصدارات لدفاتر لينين الفلسفية، تعرض لنا قراءة لينين لفلسفة هيغل وفويرناخ وأرسطو وآسال وغيرهم، بالإضافة إلى بعض الموضوعات الفلسفية المتفرقة.
حيث جرى الحديث في الكتاب الأول من هذه السلسلة عن الديالكتيك عند هيغل، حيث رأى لينين أن اشكالية المادية هي أيضاً اشكالية الديالكتيك، أو أن النظرية المادية للمعرفة، والديالكتيك، والمنطق، شيء واحد في كلمات ثلاث. أما الكتاب الثاني، الجزء الأول، فضم نقد لينين لمقالة ديبورين عن "المادية الجدلية"، ونصوص من كتاب لينين " المادية والتجريبية النقدية، بالإضافة إلى خلاصة مؤلف فوير باخ "دروس عن جوهر الدين". وتُختم دفاتر لينين الفلسفية بالكتاب الثالث، الجزء الثاني، الذي ضم "دروس تاريخ الفلسفة" و"دروس فلسفة التاريخ" لهيغل. وتحليل نقدي لكتاب لاسال عن هيراكليت الغامض، ولكتاب أرسطو "الميتافيزياء"، وموضوعات فلسفية أخرى.
