إن طريق الإنماء الإقتصادى، ليس محصوراً فى الإقتصاد الرأسمالى أو الإشتراكى بل هناك إقتصاد ثالث راجع هو الإقتصاد الإسلامى الذى يبدو أنه سيسود عالم المستقبل لأنه أسلوب قابل للحياة يحقق كافة المزايا ويتجنب كافة المساوئ، وكذلك يقول الفليسوف الإنجليزى "برناردشو" (أنى أرى فى الإسلام دين أوربا فى القرن العشرين)، كما يقول المفكر الألمانى "جوته" (إذا كان هذا هو الإسلام؟ أفلا نكون كلنا مسلمين؟).
وبالنظر إلى هذه الإعترافات من المفكريين الغربيين نجد أن المسلمين مازالوا يؤمنون بالإسلام إيماناً قلبياً مبتعدين عن روحه العلمية التى تعنى إقامة منهج تطبيقى كامل وشامل فى حياتهم اليومية المعيشية. ومن هنا كانت فكرة ضرورة البحث فى الشريعة الإسلامية للكشف عن هذه الإستراتيجية الذاتية الأصلية لتمويل التنمية الإقتصادية. لكن إذا كشفنا عنها وحاولنا إزالة ما اعترها من رواسب حسب ما تقتضيه المقاييس العليمة للبحث، فهل هى قادرة فعلاً على التكفل بأعباء التنمية الإقتصادية بما تقتضيه الظروف الراهنة؟، هذا ما نأمل أن يتوصل إليه الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة.
