في عمله هذا يورد الشيخ كامل بدر الحلفي جملة من الفوائد الفقهية للشيخ "باقر الإيرواني" وهو في مجموعها مستقاة من دروس الشيخ (الإيرواني في كتب وأماكن عدة، فاختار لنا المصنف أقواها دليلاً، واختصر الطوال اختصارا بديعاً واهتم ببيان مغزى كل حديث، بغية الإفادة منها..
يتألف الكتاب من (265) فائدة وضعها، وضعها المؤلف في ثلاثة أبواب: الأول: باب الفوائد الفقهية، الثاني: باب الفوائد الأصولية، الثالث: باب الفوائد الرجالية.
ومن عناوين تلك الفوائد المتضمنة في الكتاب نذكر: الفرق بين الفتوى والحكم، مصطلح الفساد عند الفقهاء، عمرة التمتع، جواز أخذ الأجرة على الواجب، وجوب ستر وجه المرأة، ولاية الفقيه في الأمور الحسبية، الأحكام بزوال عنوانها بخلاف الوقف والملكية... الخ.
ومن فوائد الكتاب نذكر"مرجعية العرف": يقول الشيخ الإيرواني: أن العرف ليس مصدراً ومرجعاً في تعيين الحكم وتشخيصه وإنما نرجع إليه لتحديد موضوع الحكم ومتعلقه".
بيع السفيه باطل: وجاء فيه: ينبغي الإلتفات إلى أن البيع إذا صدر من السفيه يكون باطلاً لا إذا كانت المعاملة سفهيَة وصدرت من غير السفيه فإنها معاملة صحيحة ولا تكون باطلة".
