من هنا رأى المؤلف أنه من الضروري، إبراز أو كشف عدد المسلمين في العالم، وإبراز وإظهار قدراتهم وإمكاناتهم، والكشف عن أحوالهم وأوضاعهم، لنصل إلى القول بأن هذا الكم الهائل من المسلمين في البلاد العربية والإسلامية، وفي بلاد الإغتراب، وكل ما يملكونه من قدرات وإمكانات، وكل ما وهبهم الله تعالى من خيرات كافية للتأثير في تعديل أو تغيير أحوالهم من نحو الأفضل والأحسن في بلادهم، أو للتأثير في تغيير مستوى علاقاتهم مع دول العالم الآخر أو في الضغط من أجل فرض إحترام الآخرين لهم، ووضع قضاياهم في أولويات قضايا العالم، وإستعادة حقوقهم المستباحة والمهدورة، بل والمغتصبة من قبل الدول الكبرى، أو التي تضرب بها المنظمات الدولية عرض الحائط، إذا ما أحسن المسلمون إستثمار قدراتهم وإمكاناتهم، ووحدوا كلمتهم.
