محمد رضوان، هو كاتب وصحافي مغربي، حاصل على دكتوراة الدولة في العلوم السياسية من جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء (المغرب)، وشارك في دورات دراسية بالمعهد الدولي لحقوق الإنسان بستراسبورغ (فرنسا)، وأكاديمية لاهاي للقانون الدولي والعلاقات الدولية (هولندة)، فضلا عن مشاركته في ندوات داخل المغرب وخارجه.
وهو إلى نشاطه العلمي، يشتغل الكاتب في حقل الصحافة منذ أزيد من 20 عاما بوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء (وكالة الأنباء المغربية).
وللمؤلف إصدارات علمية متعددة، منها كتاب "منازعات الحدود في العالم العربي"، الصادر عن دار النشر إفريقيا الشرق (1996)، وكتاب "المبادئ العامة للقانون الدولي الإنساني والعدالة الدولية"، دار النشر إفريقيا الشرق (2010)، وكتاب "أوهام الغرب عن الإسلام، بحث في جذور معاداة الثقافة الإسلامية في الغرب"، مطبعة الأندلس بالدار البيضاء (2013)، إلى جانب طبعة إلكترونية لنفس الكتاب صدرت عن إحدى دور النشر الإلكترونية بلندن (بريطانيا).

ارتبط اسم أحمد فتحي بقصيدة الكرنك التي تغنى بها الموسيقار/ محمد عبد الوهاب عام 1941 فأصبح يطلق عليه لقب شاعر الكرنك، حيث تعتبر تلك الأنشودة من روائع الغناء المصري والعربي المعاصر.
وكان أحمد فتحي شاعرًا رومانسيًا غنى للحب والحياة ولمصر، وجسد معاناة العاطفية وتجربة حبه الضائع في رائعته "قصة الأمس" التي شدت بها كوكب الشرق أم كلثوم بتلحين الموسيقار رياض السنباطي فأصبحت قصيدته تلك تعبيرًا عن إحباطات العاشق عندما تهجره حبيبته، لكنه يتمسك بكرامته وعزة نفسه في مواجهة طغيان الحبيب الظالم.
وفي هذا الكتاب يعزز الأديب الناقد محمد محمود رضوان سيرة أحمد فتحي وشعره المعلوم والمجهول لأول مرة للقارئ العربي ليرد الاعتبار لهذا الشاعر المظلوم الذي غنى وشدا لحضارة مصر بنيلها ومعابدها وقلاعها أعزب الأناشيد فكان بحق شاعر الوجدان العاطفي والوجدان القومي.
