أولًا: الأصول التشريعية لنصوص مواد قانون الجمارك 66 لسنة 1963 المعدل بالقانون رقم 175 لسنة 1998 والقانون 160 لسنة 2000 ومذكرته الإيضاحية, ثانيًا: قرارات وزير المالية المتعلقة بالجمارك ومنها القرار 986 لسنة 2000 بشأن الاحتفاظ بالمستندات لدى من لهم صلة بالعمليات الجمركية والقرار 987 لسنة 2000 بشأن نظام التحكيم في المنازعات الجمركية والقرار 1112 لسنة 2000 بشأن نظام الإفراج المؤقت عن السيارات النصف نقل والميكروباص . ثالثاً : الأصول التشريعية لقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 429 لسنة 2000 بشأن تعديل التعريفة الجمركية.
