أولًا: شرح تفصيلي لكل مادة على حدة من مواد قانون الجمارك رقم 66 لسنة 1963 المعدل ومشكلاتها العملية وتطبيقات محكمة النقض والإدارية العليا والدستورية العليا, ثانيًا: القيود والأوصاف الجنائية المعدلة المتعلقة بجرائم التهريب الجمركي وتعليمات النيابات والكتب الدورية الصادرة من النائب العام بشأن الجمارك ومشكلاتها العملية, ثالثًا: الترجمة الإنجليزية الكاملة لنصوص مواد قانون الجمارك 66/ 1963 المعدل بالقوانين 175 لسنة 1998 و160/ 2000 و13/ 2001 والنصوص العربية المقابلة لها.
