من المعلوم أن الجرائم التقنية باتت اليوم هاجساً إجتماعياً وأمنياً مقلقاً على كافة المستويات، وقد تنامت المشكلات المصاحبة لإستخدام التقنيات الحديثة مع تزايد إحصاءات عدد مستخدمي الإنترنت وتطبيقاته، ونمو إستخدامات الهواتف الذكية في أغلب بلدان العالم، وقد عانت المكتبة العربية خلال العقد الماضي شُحاً علميّاً هائلاً في مجالات الجهود البحثية المعمَّقة؛ التي ترصد وتحلل وتستقرئُ مختلفَ الظواهر الإجرامية المتنامية المصاحبة لهذه التقنيات المذهلة.

ومن المباحث المهمة التي استفدت منها كثيراً؛ تبيينُ كما بيّن الحكم الشرعي لصور الإعتداء المعلوماتي على الأموال، وحيث قُدِّمتْ الدراسةُ في أصلها لمؤسسة علمية مهمة؛ تُعنى بدراسة السياسة الشرعية والأنظمة، فقد قدّم الباحث جهداً علمياً بَسَّط وفصل موقف الفقه الإسلامي من نوعي المساهمة في الجرائم المعلوماتية المالية، وكذلك الموقف النظامي حيال جرائم المعلوماتية المالية.
