وتنقسم الموسوعة الى ثلاث مجلدات. خصصننا كل مجلد من هذه المجلدات الثلاث لمعالجة مشكلات المواعيد والآجال.
فهى تتناول منظومة المدد والمواعيد والآجال فى القوانين المصرية تتضمن الشرح والتعليق والرجوع إلى قضاء النقض المتواتر والحديث القانون المدنى, قانون المرافعات, قانون الإثبات, قانون العقوبات, قانون الإجراءات الجنائية, الدستور, مجموعة قوانين الأحوال الشخصية, مجموعة قوانين إيجار الأماكن, فانون العاملين المدنيين بالدولة, قانون العمل, قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية, مجموعة التشريعات الجنائية الخاصة, قانون الضرائب على الدخل 91 لسنة 2005م.
فأوضحنا الميعاد أو الآجل أو المدة -حسب النص التشريعى- ثم أوردنا الشرح والتعليق, وأخيراً التطبيقات القضائية لمحكمة النقض وفق ما استقر وقر من قضائها وكذا ما استحدث وجد.
ولا نمارى أن أقلامنا قد سبقتنا الى موضوع المواعيد لكننا أثرنا لأنفسنا نهجاً مختلفاً -أو هكذا نزعم- راعينا فيه أن يكون الجهد الخاص بالشرح والتعليق أكثر وجوداً وأكثر تأصيلاً.
