الشيخ الدكتور عبدالله بن عبدالرحيم بن عبدالله العبادي، ولد عام ١٩٣٤م بمدينة المحرق، البحرين.
تتلمذ على عدد من مشايخ مكة و المدينة، ثم انتقل الى قطر فتعلم فيها، وعلم فيها.
حصل على الدكتوراه و الماجستير من الازهر، فكان اول قطري يحصل على شهادة الماجستير و الدكتوراه في الشريعة.
وله عدد من المؤلفات اشهرها: شرح لبداية المجتهد و نهاية المقتصد، من الاخلاق و الاداب الاسلامية، موسوعة العلم الحديث حجة للإنسان ام عليه ؟ توفي رحمه الله ظهر يوم عرفه عام ٢٠١٩ وهو يبلغ من العمر ٨٥ عام.

سيتضح خلال تصفحه كيف أن الإسلام يحرص الحرص على سلامة المجتمع من التفكك والتآكل من الداخل، ومن كل ما فيه نبذة وفرقة واختلاف كلمة.
وسيتضح فيه أن الدين الإسلامي دين اجتماعي، قائم على خدمة المجتمع أفرادٍ وجماعات، وأن فيه من السعادة والخير العميم ما لا يعد ولا يحصى، وتجنى ثمرته: محبة، ومودّة، ووئاماً، وتضحية، ورحمة، وإحساناً، وإيثاراً، وعطفاً، وصفاءً للنفوس من: البغضاء والضغينة والحسد. ثم يكون من وراء ذلك: القوة والمنعة والوحدة.
يتضح كل ذلك من خلال الحديث عن السلام والاستئذان، وآداب المجالس، كونها من المعايير المهمة التي تقاس بها المجتمعات: تطوراً وتخلفاً، قوةً وضعفاً، ومحبةً وبغضاً، وحدة وتفرقاً، وقد ورد في الحديث: "والله لن تدخلوا الجنة حتى تؤمنوا، ولن تؤمنوا حتى تحاربوا، ألا أدلكم على شيء إن فعلتموه تحاببتم؟ أنشوا السلام بينكم".
