ان الغزوات الأوروبية الأولى لإفريقيا والتي امتدت أربعة قرون ابتدعت شكلا اخر من العبودية وذلك بعد الغاء الرق عام 1807 وهو استعباد الأرض بمن عليها فكان الهدف العام هو سرقة الافريقيين من افريقيا واليوم صارت أوروبا مصممه على سرقة افريقيا من الافريقيين. وكان لدى الافريقيين استعداد للنظر إلى الأوروبيين على أنهم مخلوقات جبارة ذلك أن الزنوج عندما رأوا الحملة المراكشية ظنوا أن سلطان مراكش يستخدم في الحملة مخلوقات جبارة يمكن أن تدمر الزنوج. (يقصد بها الاسبان الذين كانوا في جيش السلطان) فالبشرة البيضاء كانت تعتبر في بعض المناطق خاصة بأناس نهضوا من القبور كذلك كان الزنوج يرجعون سبب تجارة الرقيق إلى أن الأوروبيين مغرمون بأكل اللحم الأسود وقد استطاعت الكتابات العربية المزيفة وبعض الكتابات العربية للأسف أن تقلب الحقائق وتدعي أن الأفارقة هم المغرمون بأكل لحوم البشر.
