هذا كتاب "تفسير الموطأ" للإمام الحافظ الزاهد أبي المطرِّفِ عبدِ الرحمنِ بنِ مروانَ القُنَازعيِّ القُرطبي، المتوفى سنة 413هــ. وهو شرح لموطأ مالك، إمام دار الهجرة، بأسلوب سلس واضح، فاشتهر تأليفه لتميزه بكثرة الفوائد والفرائد، ولمكانة مؤلفه الرفيعة بين علماء الأندلس، وخاصة في إطلاعه الدقيق على الموطأ ورواياته، وضم الشرح إقتباسات من كتب مفقودة، وما أكثر المفقود من كنوز التراث الإسلامي.
ومن مزايا الكتاب ترجيحه بين روايات الموطأ، وتحريره لأقوال الإمام مالك في المسائل التي كثر فيها الخلاف، وترجيحه بين أقوال علماء المالكية، وإبراز مذهب السلف في الأسماء والصفات.
وقد قام المحقق الدكتور "عامر حسن صبري" بقراءة الكتاب وضبطه ومعارضة نصوصه مع مصادر الفقه والحديث، وكتابة مقدمة حافلة عن القُنَازعي وكتابه.
