أول ما أريد أن أشير إليه هو أن الكل قد بدأ يبتعد عن الفطرة، فطرة الله التي فطر الناس عليها، لا تبديل لخلق الله، وقد تراجع أكبر أسباب هذا الإبتعاد إلى عدم الفهم والدراسة؛ لذلك أردت أن أكتب عن الفطرة وعن وضع الإنسان فيها ومسئوليته عنها، وأنها هي النظام والقانون والمنهج الذي يجب علينا جميعاً أن نتبعه ونؤمن به ونرجع إليه، فالرجوع إلى الحق فضيلة.
إن هذا الكتاب موجه إلى أؤلئك الين يريدون فهم أنفسهم من النواحي البدنية والعاطفية والإجتماعية خارج نطاق الفكر التقليدي الكلاسيكي ، إنه يركز على الفهم السليم للفطرة وقانونها الأساسي ومسؤلية الإنسان عنها وكيفية العيش في سعادة وأمن وسلام فيها، مع عرض العديد من الأمثلة عن حياة بعض الكائنات في الفطرة والدروس المستفادة منها، ويشتمل هذا الكتاب على سبعة فصول: (يغطي الفصل الأول: موضوع المدخل العام للتعريف بالفطرة وتاريخها ومحتوياتها، أما الفصل الثاني: فيتحدث عن مكونات الفطرة وكيف يرى العلماء الكون الآن خاصة بعد ظهور النظرية الأم (نظرية M) في علوم الفيزياء، ويعقب ذلك الفصل الثالث: الذي يعرض مشاهدات عدة عن حياة الكائنات الحيو ودور الكيمياء في العلاقات الإجتماعية، ثم شرح بعض دروس الفطرة عن الهندسة المعمارية والحياة الإجتماعية، ويتضمن الفصل الرابع والخامس: الحديث عن الفطرة كطبيب معالج، سواء للحيوان وافنسان على السواء، مع شرح طرق العلاج التي يتبعها الحيوان لعلاج الحيوان، ويخصص الفصل السادس للمرور على شرح الإتجاهات الحديثة في علاج الإنسان للإنسان بمساعدة الفطرة وعلى أسس العلم الحديث والنظريات الأحدث، وخيراً الفص السابع: يتحدث عن الميزان، ودورة الحياة، وعن بعض التوصيات التي يجب على افنسان والدولة والعالم أن يهتم بها لتحقيق الميزان الفطري ولضمان سعادة الإنسان).
