Book Description
من المعلوم أن هذة الشريعة المكرمة تستقى أحكامها التفصيلية من الكتاب والسنة, فهما المصدران اللذان أوحى لله تعالى بهما لرسوله (صلى الله علية وسلم) ليخرج الناس من الظلمات إلى النور كما قال عز وجل: (وأذكروا نعمت الله عليكم وما أنزل عليكم من الكتاب والحكمة يعظكم به) { البقرة:231} وقال جل شأنه لنساء النبى (صلى الله علية وسلم): (وأذكرن ما يتلى فى بيوتكن من ءايت الله والحكمة) {الاحزاب:34}, فآيات الله تضمنها القرآن الكريم, والحكمة تتضمنتها سنة النبى (صلى الله علية وسلم). ومن المعلوم أن الكتاب الكريم أوحاه الله تعالى لرسوله (صلى الله علية وسلم) بلفظه ومعناه, أما السنة المطهرة فقد اوحى الله بها لرسوله معنى, ولفظها من الرسول (صلى الله علية وسلم). وهذه هى النعمة المشداة إلى الناس- ولكن أكثرهم لا يعلمون- لهداية الخلق ولبيان ما ينفعهم وما يضرهم فى الدنيا والآخرة. فأما ما ينفعهم فعليهم الالتزام به, وأما ما يضرهم فيلزمهم اجتنابه؛ لكى تحصل لهم السعادة فى الدنيا والآخرة, ولكى يحصل لهم الهداية والحياة الحقيقية.
وهذا هو أهم مصدر من مصادر التشريع بعد الكتاب الله تعالى وبعد صحيح البخارى, ألا وهو صحيح مسلم بن الحجاج رحمه الله تعالى. ومن المعلوم أن الأمة قد تلقت هذين الكتابين بالقبول والتسليم إلا أحرفاً يسيرة انتقدتها بعض الحفاظ عليهما, وهذا ليس يضير الكتابين شيئاص بل يزيد من قيمتها لو أننا أنعمنا النظر. وقد أولينا هذا الكتاب- بفضل الله تعالى- عناية كبيرة من حيث: الضبط, ومن حيث الآيات. حيث حرصنا أن يكون الكتاب كله مشكولا شكلات تاما, وأن تكون آياته من المصحف بالرسم العثمانى.
