Book Description
التزوير في حقيقته هو إلباس الباطل ثوب الحق مما يؤدي إلى تغيير الحقيقة واضطراب الثقة في التعامل لدى الأفراد في المجتمع. ولقد تناول القانون المصري المسكوكات والزيوف المزورة في الباب الخامس عشر من الكتاب الثاني المواد من (202) إلى (205) من قانون العقوبات ولذا فجرائم التزوير من الجرائم الخطيرة لما من عدوان على سلطان الدولة واعتداء على مصالحها المادية والإضرار بمصالح الأفراد والثقة العامة.
وفي الباب التزوير في المحررات الرسمية والعرفية من الجرائم الشائعة في المجتمع والتي عالجها المشروع في المواد من (206) إلى (227).
وقد حاولنا جاهدين أن يشمل الكتاب على أهم موضوعات التزوير مع التعليق عليها وتدعميها بأهم تعليمات النيابة العامة وأحدث أحكام محكمة النقض.
وإتماماً للفائدة فقد أضفنا مبحثاً خاصاً بدعوى التزوير الفرعية وذلك نظراً لأهميتها العملية. وسيكون بحثنا في هذه الجرائم مقسماً إلى خمسة أبواب: الباب الأول: المسكوكات -الزيوف المزورة، الباب الثاني: في تزوير الأختام والتمغات والعلامات وبعض الأوراق، الباب الثالث: التزوير في المحررات.. (المحررات الرسمية -المحررات العرفية)، الباب الرابع: في جرائم التزوير، الباب الخامس: أحكام عامة في التزوير..(تعليمات النيابة العامة -أهم أحكام محكمة النقض).
