كثرت في السنوات الأخيرة جرائم التزوير والتزييف حتى أصبحت تشكل نسبة كبيرة في القضايا المعروضة علي المحاكم, وقد تبين لنا من استقراء أحكام محكمة النقض ان المشاكل العملية لهذه الجرائم لا حصر لها وأن العديد من علماء القانون أقصد رجال الفقه لم يتصدوا للكثير من هذه المشاكل لذلك فقد رأينا أن نلقى الضوء علي هذه الجرائم وفك لوغاريتمات هذه المشاكل علي قدر استطاعتنا, وأن نوجد الحلول القانونية المناسبة لها مع شرح وافى لتلك الجرائم وينقسم هذا الكتاب إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: يشمل على أربعة أبواب: الباب الأول:تعريف التزوير وأركانه, الباب الثانى: استعمال المحررات المزورة, الباب الثالث: صور التزوير المخففة, الباب الرابع: جنايات تزوير الأختام والتمغات والعلامات الحكومية أو استعمالها مع العلم بتزويرها, القسم الثاني: يشمل علي بابين: الباب الأول: تقليد او تزييف أو تزوير العملة الورقية, الباب الثانى: الجنح المتصلة بالعملة المزيفة.
