الحمد لله الذي هدانا لهذا، وما كنا لنهتدي لولا أن هدانا الله، وبعد.. فها هي ذي الرسالة الثامنة من "رسائل العلم والإيمان، ودلائل الإعجاز في السنة والقرآن" للمفكر اليمني الشيخ عبد المجيد عزيز الزنداني، نقدمها تحت عنوان: "اليوم عصر العلم، وغدًا عصر الإيمان".
فتحت هذا العنوان يقرر شيخنا أنه كلما بحث الباحثون في أي اتجاه وجدوا أنفسهم أمام آية الله وردت في كتابه الكريم، وقرآنه العزيز، وحديث رسولنا "صلى الله عليه وسلم" يشهد بها علمهم، ويصل إليها بحثهم، ومن أجل هذا جعل الله سبحانه العلم طريقًا إلى الإيمان فيقول: "فاعلم أنه لا إله إلا الله" وذلك مما يزيدنا تمسكًا بديننا حتى يثبت الله أقدامنا، ويستخلفنا في الأرض أعزاء نرفع راية الإسلام.
ويقرر شيخنا بعد هذا حقيقة واضحة كالشمس خرج بها من دراسة تاريخ الإسلام ألا وهي: أنه عندما يتمسك المسلمون بدينهم يعزهم الله، ويعيشون حياة طيبة، ويستخلفهم الله في الأرض، وأنه عندما يعرض المسلمون عن دينهم فإن الله يعاقبهم، ويذلهم، ويسلط عليهم عدوهم، ويجعل بأسهم بينهم شديدًا، وواقعنا يشهد بذلك.
