من هنا تأتي أهمية هذا الكتاب الذي يدور في فلكه حول الجودة الشاملة والأعتماد المؤسسي, وطرح بعض الرؤي المستقبلية لتطوير التعليم في الوطن العربي, وقد جاء هذا الكتاب في تسعة فصول تتناول في مجملها جودة التعليم, حيث جاء الفصل الأول بعنوان الجودة الشاملة في التعليم "طبيعتها وجدواها", والفصل الثاني يتناول نظم الجودة الشاملة ومراحلها في التعليم, والفصل الثالث يركز علي معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم, والفصل الرابع يتناول أساسيات ضمان الجودة في التعليم, والفصل الخامس يتناول نظم ضمان الجودة وآلياته في التعليم, أما الفصل السادس فيستعرض الأعتماد المؤسسي في التعليم, ويتناول الفصل السابع بعض النماذج العالمية لضمان الجودة في كليات التربية, أما الفصل التاسع, فيحاول وضع رؤية مستقبلية لتطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة والأعتماد المؤسسي في التعليم, بهدف الأرتقاء بمنظومة التعليم في الوطن العربي.
وبعد فإننا نأمل أن يكون هذا الكتاب باكورة جهود قادمة لتعميق فهم وأستيعاب الجودة الشاملة والأعتماد المؤسسي في التعليم, وأن يكون ذو فائدة للعاملين في المجال التربوي, والباحثين في مجال العلوم التربوية والإدارية, والخبراء, والأكاديميين في مجال التعليم.
