وبالنسبة لهذه الطبعة من الكتاب وإضافة إلى ما أبداه الناقدون من ملاحظات وإنتقادات، كان علينا أن نأخذ بنظر الإعتبار التقدم العلمي للمؤسسات والأفراد خلال السنوات القليلة المنصرمة، وستجد تأثير هذا التقدم العلمي خلال النص.
