إن الإبداع البشرى بدون "حريته الإبداعين" لا يمكن أن يقدم للبشر ماهو أغلى ما فى حياتهم" الحرية" بكل معانيها التى اكتسبها على مر الزمان. إذا كان الإبداع مشروطا بشروط لأية جهة أخرى فلا يصبح إبداعا؟ حيث يكبل الإبداع أو يلقن المبدع بما هو خارج عنه وليس فى صفاته فيقتصر الإبداع على منافذ الهوى للآخرين، وعندما يكون هناك تلقين أو شروط فى الإبداع، ويخرج الإبداع من حيز الإنسان وتجربته ولن ينتهج أية صورة من الإبداع المحكوم بأنظمة السياسة والحكم، فهذه الشرطية مرفوضة رفضا تاما، حيث لا يعيش الإبداع إلا إذا كان الإنسان حزا يمعنى الحرية.
