ولد الروائى فؤاد قنديل قي 5 أكتوبر 1944 قي مصر الجديدة بالقاهرة لاسرة تنتمى إلى مدينة بنها ـ محافظة القليوبية حاصل على ليسانس الاداب قسم الفلسفة وعلم النفس من جامعة القاهرة وعمل منذ عام 1962 قي شركة مصر للتمثيل والسينما.
