أما القسم الثاني فقد تناول امريكا اللاتينية في بابين ضما ثمانية فصول كتباها الاستاذ الدكتور محمد بكير، واحتوت هذه الفصول على تحليل واف للبيئة الطبيعية لأمريكا اللاتينية وسكانها والنشاط الاقتصادي بها ثم عالج اقاليمها الحضارية والجغرافية قم فصل القول على المكسيك ثم البرازيل والارجنتين واخيرا شيلي.
وغنى عن القول إن كتابا كهذا لا يجيب عن كل الاسئلة عن الامريكتين بل هو محاولة لإبراز ملامح شخصيتهما وسماتهما المميزة املا في فهم جوانبهما وإدراك عناصر القوة ومظاهر الضعف بهما.
