دلت النتائج على أن جميع مديري المدارس السبعة لديهم رؤية محددة للمدرسة بمدارسهم، وأظهرت البيانات أن أربعة أدوار برزت للمديرين أثناء تنفيذ عملية التطوير وتنفيذ رؤية المدرسة وهي:
1- المبادرة في التغيير من قبل المدير.
2- التعاون في التغيير ( المشاركة في التغيير).
3- قيادة التغيير.
4- التشاركية وتوحيد الجميع لإكمال التغيير.
