هذا الكتاب نشر في عدة صحف عربية تحت عنوان (طبخة أوسلو)، ويتناول بأسلوب شيق معتمداً الوثائق، ما جرى في أوسلو، وكيفية تعامل (المطبخ الفلسطيني) المصغر المفاوضات السرية التي جرت في العاصمة النرويجية، مركزاً على آلية اتخاذ القرار الفلسطيني، وآلية العلاقات داخل الأطر القيادية الفلسطينية العليا.
وهو شهادة يكشف الكاتب فيها أسرار اتفاق أوسلو، باعتباره لم يعد ملكاً لمن صاغوه أو وقعوه، وإنما ملكاً للشعوب التي تأثرت به، وملكاً للقوى الكبرى المؤثرة في رسم السياسية الدولية وفي تقرير مصير الشعوب. وإتفاق أوسلو حدث من الأحداث التاريخية الكبرى، ترك آثاراً ونتائج كبيرة على شعوب ودول المنطقة، وعلى علاقاتها ببعضها البعض ومع العالم. ولأنه هكذا ومن هذا المستوى فتعريف القارئ به كما هو، وتعريفه بصناعه، وتبصيره باحتمالات المستقبل واجب وحق فهو من جهة واجب على من يعرف الحقيقة أن يدلي بشهادته. وحق لكل من لا يعرفها، أن يقرأ هذه الشهادة وأن يطلع عليها، ليتمكن من إصدار حكماً عادلاً على هذا الحدث الكبير وعلى صناعه، وكل من شايعهم ودافع عن اتفاق أوسلو، وإعطاء ما لقيصر لقيصر، وما لله لله.
وتأتي أهمية هذا الكتاب من كونه يعتمد على محاضر اجتماعات القيادة الفلسطينية واللجنة العليا لمتاعة المفاوضات، والمجلس المركزي الفلسطيني، ومحاضر ووثائق المفاوضات الفلطسنية في أوسلو وواشنطن، ولجنة شؤون الوطن المحتل، واجتماعات قيادة العمل اليومي للانتفاضة التي كان يرأسها ياسر عرفات. فالكاتب عضو في كل هذه المؤسسات القيادية الفلسطينية، إضافة إلى عضويته في المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الفلسطيني الذي شكل بعد تأسيس السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية.
