ونظراً لأن هذا الجانب من الفقه التشريعي الإسلامي لم يأخذ حظه الكامل من البحث والدراسة المعاصرة، بما يناسب الحال والمقام؛ فقد حاولت بهذه الدراسة جهد استطاعتى أن تكون عوناً لطلاب العلم والباحثين فيه والقضاة والمفتين للوصول إلى تحقيق هذا الهدف النبيل.
