الدراسة مستفيضة لهذه الجريمة سيما و أن المراجع و الكتب التى تشرح قانون العقوبات فى قسمة الخاص تناولت شرح جريمة البلاغ الكاذب فى إيجاز وهو ما دفعنا إلى التصدى لهذه الدراسة وشجعنا على ذلك ما سبق أن أصدرناه من كتب متخصصة فى شرح جريمة بعينها مثل كتاب "جريمة التبديد" والذى لاقى إقبالاً نحمد الله عليه وكتاب جريمة الشهادة الزور وكتاب جريمة التهريب الجمركى وكتاب الجنحة المباشرة وغيرها.
وعلى هذا فسوف نتناول فى هذا الكتاب شرح جريمة البلاغ الكاذب مقارنة بغيرها من الجرائم المشابهة وشرح عناصرها وعقوبتها والحكم فيها ثم نتبع ذلك بإجلراءات رفعها بالإدعاء المباشر مع إيراد بعض الصيغ التى مارسناها فى العمل بنجاح والحمد لله مع الأخذ فى اغلاعتبار ما ورد بتعديل قانون الإجراءات الجنائية بالقانون رقم174 لسنة 1998 الصادر فى 20/12/1998 والمعمول به من 5/1/1999.
نتناول جريمة البلاغ الكاذب فى ثلاثة أبواب يسبقها فصل تمهيدى وذلك على التفصيل التالى:
باب تمهيدى: فى ماهية البلاغ الكاذب والتطور التاريخي والتشريعي القانون المصرى والمقارن.
الباب الأول: أركان جريمة البلاغ الكاذب.
الباب الثانى: إثبات جريمة البلاغ الكاذب والحكم فيها وعقوبتها.
الباب الثالث: دعوى البلاغ الكاذب.
ثم نعقب ذلك بملحق للصبغ القانونية فى دعوى البلاغ الكاذب بطريقة الجنحة المباشرة.
