هذه الرواية هي تسونامي الجزء الأول من روايتي الوهم وحتى تستطيع أن تفهم الأحداث والشخصيات لا بد لك من أن تتعرف عليهم وتصاحبهم جيداً في "الوهم"! دون أن تصادق شخصيات الوهم وتعيش أحداثها سيكون من الصعب عليك أن تفهم من هم الناجون من الحب وكيف غرقت سفينتهم في عرض البحر وكيف نجا البعض منهم بصعوبة وكيف مات الآخرون.
نحن في الحياة ناجون في كل شيء ومن كل شيء…
ناجون من الموت، ناجون من الحياة، ناجون من الألم، ناجون من السعادة، والأهم أننا نجونا من الحب...مهما تعثرنا وسقطنا فيه... نجونا أو سننجو.

لقد تلقيتُ الكثير من الملاحظات حول رواية "الوهم"، وسألني بعض القراء عن حقيقة الكنز، هل هو موجود فعلياً أم أنه وهم، وهل ما حدث في تلك المنطقة من محافظة عجلون الأردنية والمسماة " هيريقليا" قديماً أو " أرحابا" و "أوصرة" شعبياً في النصف الأول من شهر أيلول عام 2014 كوني موظفاً في دائرة الآثار العامة حقيقةأم محض خيال، وبهذا الصدد أكرر أن بعض مما ذكرته في الرواية يحمل في جزئية منه حقيقة وأحداثاً تمت قديماً وحديثاً وأجزاء كانت من خيالي وضعتها بما يُفيد الرواية، لكن لم أعتمد فيمَ ذهبت على أي معلومات أو حقائق من عملي بل هي نتاج قراءاتي ومعرفتي بالأحداث التاريخية وماجرى في أيلول 2014 وربطها مع الرواية، كما تلقيت عدداً من الملاحظات حول شخصية تميم ومن هو؟بل ذهب البعض بوصفهاوكأن هذه الشخصية تمثل سيرة ذاتية والبعض فسرها على أنه شخصية مقربة مني.إن قراءة الرواية قراءة نقدية وتحليلية وما تحتويه من قضايا فلسفية وأخلاقية وتاريخية وسياسية، يُجيب على الكثير من الأسئلة، ولا أنكر أنني استفدت من تجربتي في دائرة الآثار العامة الأردنية لأربط بين القصة التاريخية التي وردت في " الوهم" معشخصيات الرواية الوهمية،وبعض جوانب الرواية من حبكة وأمكنة وأزمنة وأحداثٍ وهمية.
