لأن علم إستحضار الأرواح الروحانية هبة من الله تعالى يخص به من يشاء من عباده الباحثين من جميع الأمم.
فلم أجد في كتب السلف الصالح ما يتوصل به المبتدئ ولا ما يعتمد عليه المنتهى، إِذْ أنهم قد اختلفوا في وضعه إختلافاً بيّناً، فمنهم من رمزه، ومنهم من أدغمه، ومنهم من أسقط الفائدة، ومنهم من نبه عليه ولم يضعه، وذلك غيرة منهم عليه وعلى كل من قال لا أعترض عليهم فيما كتموه من أسرار وحرصوا عليه من علم، ولكنني رأيت أن مثل هذه الاحوال يتسبب عنها الضرر، والإنكار لعدم الوصول إلى مقام التصريف بالأسماء والآيات الربانية، فشرعت بإذن الله تعالى في وضع هذا البحث، وجعلت كل ما به من المعلومات في هذا العلم صريحة على أصولها لينتفع بها كل من أراد من أهل العلم والبحث.
