النفاية من الأمور التي يبعدها الإنسان عن حياته لضررها، يقال نفاءُ الشيء ونفايته هو ما نفيتَ منه لرداءته، وهو مأخوذ من النفي الذي هو بمعنی التنحّي والابتعاد، والنفاية في المصطلح الخاص هو كل شيء لا قيمة له ولا يصلح بقاؤه بقرب الإنسان حيث فقدَ أهليته للاستخدام والتداول بل وحتی اقتناؤه، ومن هنا يسعی الإنسان إلی التخلص منه، لأنه في أقلّ التقادير لا ينتفع منه، وفي أكثرها تضرّه، وقد يكون ضررها ضرراً بالغاً يؤدي إلی فساد البيئة بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، بل تضرّ الإنسان في أجلی صورها بالموت.
وإذا ما نظرنا بوجه عام نجد أنّ الإسلام بأحكامه الشرعية وبدستوره الأخلاقي يُبعد الإنسان من أي مصدر تلوث ويأمره بالتخلص منه وذلك بالدفن تحت التراب حيث أنه الحل الأوفر والأفضل للتخلص منها، بل هو الحل الأنجع والمفيد، لأنها تتحول إلی سماد ثم تتحول إلی تراب، ويعيد بالعناصر المفيدة إلی التراب الذي منه تحول، فبمثل هذه الاعادة تستمر الحياة…
