تضمن الكتاب ثلاثون فصلاً تتحدث عن تعظيم الصلاة، وصفة الصلاة، وفضيلة الدعاء، وكيفية مناجاة الرحمن، وصفات الداعي، والمناجاة، الدعاء للأئمة، الطهارة وصفاتها، صفة التراب، الغسل عقلاً ونقلاً، صلاة العصر، صفة الأذان والإقامة، ما يُقال عند دخول المساجد، وعند زوال الشمس، دعاء الغروب، صلاة الفرج، صلاة العشاء الأخيرة وتعقيبها، صلاة الوتيرة، وما ينبغي القيام به قبل النوم، وعند الإستيقاظ في الليل.
