ولم ينس الكتاب ذكر بعض أطباق اليخنة، مثل الفاصوليا بالرز، والملوخية، ومقلوبة البازيلا، ومقلوبة الزهرة، وزهرة باللبن... كما ولم ينس ذكر بعض أطباق المقبلات والشوربة نذكر منها: سلطة الزهرة، سلطة الجبنة البيضاء، بيض مع الفول الأخضر، التبولة، لب الكوسا، لوبيا بالزيت، متبل البطاطا، متبل الكوسا، القلقاس بالليمون...
