ولقد بدأ المؤلف فى وضع اللبنات الأساسية لهذا الكتاب منذ حوالى أربع سنوات, مسترشدا بالاتجاهات التقليدية والحديثة فى ادارة المنشآت المالية, وعلى ضوء نصيحة غالية من الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد صقر عاشور فحواها: أنه لا ينبغى أن تكون السرعة هى المحدد الرئيسى لتوقيت الانتهاء من الكتاب, بل ينبغى أن تلعب جود محتوياته دورا أساسيا فى هذا الصدد. بمعنى أنه ينبغى أن تكتب كل عبارة على أمل أن تبقى, لا أن تكتب على أمل أن يتاح وقتا فيما بعد لإثرائها أو لأعادة صياغتها.
