إنّ تبنّي المنظّمات لإستراتيجية التمكين التنظيمي ينطلق من إيمانها بأنّ موظفيها هم الثروة والأصل الأكثر أهميةً لديها، الأمر الذي يحقّق التنمية والتطوير لقدراتهم، وسوف يولّد هذا الكثير من المنافع للمنظّمة، بحيث أنّ بناء قدرات الموظفين وتطويرها وتوجيهها نحو تحقيق أهداف المنظّمة في جوٍ من الثقة، والتعاون وهيكلية قائمة على فرق العمل لهو الضامن لولوج المنظّمة العقد القادم بكلّ جاهزية وإقتدار.
تسعى هذه الدراسة التي بين أيدينا إلى إيضاح أثّر إستراتيجيّة التمكين التنظيميّ على فاعليّة عمليّات إدارة المعرفة في البنوك التجارية الأردنية، وتقديم الدليل النظريّ والإحصائي لهذا الأثر، ومحاولة إيضاح طبيعة وشكلّ وقوّة علاقة الأثر بين متغيِّرات الدراسة، كما تُبرز الدراسة أهمية التمكين كإستراتيجيّة تنظيمية ودوره في تنمية الموارد البشرية وتحسين كفاءة المنظّمة وإستجابتها لمتطلبات الزبائن وتحقيق الولاء للمنظّمة والرضى للموظفين ومشاعر التملّك، بالإضافة لضرورة إبراز فاعليّة عمليّات إدارة المعرفة لتحقيق فوائد إكتساب، وتحوّل ومشاركة، وتطبيق، وحماية المعرفة وخزنها لتصبح أصولاً منظميّة ذات قيمة، ما من شأنه رفع مستويات الأداء والتنافسية للمنظّمة، وحيث أنّه لا تتوفر دراسات سابقة تُظهر تفاعل المتغيِّرين مع بعضهما البعض وطبيعة الأثر وقوته وإتجاهه بينهما، فإنّ هدف الدراسة هو محاولة إيضاح هذا الأثر بين المتغيِّرين، وهنا تتجلّى إضافة هذه الدراسة.
أمّا أهمية الدراسة في الجانب التطبيقيّ فمن المتوقع أن تساهم في رفع مستوى الوعي المديرين والمشرفين في قطاع المصارف التجاريّة والمنظّمات عامّةً لإعداد وتنفيذ إستراتيجيّة التمكين التنظيمي بقصد رفع مستوى فاعلية عمليّات إدارة المعرفة، بالإضافة إلى الإهتمام بإستراتيجيّة التمكين التنظيمي بما تحمله من أبعاد، وخيارات ونتائج كإستراتيجيّة من شأنها تقديم الكثير للمنظمّات وتحسين أدائها وقدراتها التنافسية، وزيادة القدرة على الإستجابة وإتخاذ القرار بما يتلائم مع تسارع بيئة الأعمال وتطلبها سرعة الإستجابة – عوضاً عن الروتين، والتباطؤ والهرميّة التقليديّة – التي تتعارض مع تحقيق ذلك.
تتسم منظمات القرن الحادي والعشرين بالعمل في بيئة غاية في التعقيد والتسارع والتفاعلية وبات من الضروري لضمان بقاء ونمو المنظمة أن تتفاعل مع هذه المتغيرات البيئية وتستجيب لها بأعلى قدر من المرونة والحساسية.
