جعلت الباب الأول للنظرية العامة فى قانون العمل, ثم الباب الثانى لعقد العمل الفردى, ثم كرست الباب الثالث لتدخل الدولة فى تنظيم العمل, وأخيراً فى الباب الرابع ألقيت الضوء بإيجاز ينسجم مع ما ورد ذكره فى القانون عن نظرية المشروع وفض المنازعات الجماعية, وفى الحقيقة يمثل هذا الموضوع أحد أهم المواضيع فى قانون العمل الحديث. وقد أسهم المشرع المصرى فيه بتفصيل ينسجم مع المعطيات السائدة فى المجتمع المصرى, بينما جاء فى قانون العمل الإماراتى مختصراً بعض الشئ تاركاً الأمر لصدور قرار من الوزير يفصل كيفية تطبيقه وإجراءاته والسبب فى ذلك واضح وبديهى فحجم علاقات العمل الجماعية فى دولة الإمارات لم يصل بعد إلى تكوين نظرية للمشروع يضع لها الشرع نصوصاً كاملة لمعالجتها كما جاء فى القانون المصرى الجديد, بيد أن ذلك واضح فى حكم المشرع الإماراتى بتركه الباب مفتوحاً أما الوزير لإصدار لائحة بقرار ينظم فض المنازعات الجماعية ينسجم وما ستكشف عنه علاقات العمل الجماعية فى المستقبل.
أما القسم الثانى من الكتاب فخصصته للضمان الإجتماعى بإعتباره النصف الثانى من الساق كجزء من المادة العلمية المطروحة, وقمت بتقسيم القسم الثانى إلى ثلاثة فصول الأول منها للتعريف بالضمان وأركانه بينما الثانى للإدارة سواء من حيث الأشخاص أو الأموال, أما الفصل الثالث فكرسته للمخاطرة المغطاة بالحماية الشيخوخة والعجز والوفاةو والإصابة والمرض المهنى....
