كما سوف نبين بالتفصيل كيف تمّ إيجاد المؤسسات على طرفي الأطلسي في بريطانيا والدول التابعة لها وفي الولايات المتحدة أخذت أكثرها طابع السرية الفائقة وشبه السرية كانت تضع الأجندات لتنفيذ النظام العالمي الجديد وبطريقة تآمرية ومحكمة التفاصيل.
يهدف هذا الكتاب أن يبين عورات اقتصاد العولمة وما يحدثه من سرقة موارد الدول تحت أرقى المسميات وأحطّ الأساليب. كما أنه يحدث تشوهات وحالات عدم الاستقرار الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. كما يبين الكتاب أن هناك شبه إجماع على ضرورة تغيير الأسس التي بُني عليها هذا النظام بحيث أننا نعتقد أننا لسنا في مرحلة نهاية التاريخ كما ادعى فوكوياما بل أننا في بداية نهاية النظام.
يهدف هذا الكتاب أن نعلم ونتعلم كيف يخطط الغرب على المدى القصير والمتوسط والبعيد لعشرات السنين لتحقيق أهدافه بكافة الوسائل المالية والإعلامية والعسكرية والأمنية والأخلاقية واللاخلاقية.
