تقسم هذه المواد الى مجموعات كالمذيبات والراتنجات والممدات والمواد المساعدة ومواد كيميائية أخرى. وهي خير عون للصناعيين المهتمين بالصناعات الكيميائية، وثقافة عالية مبسطة للمواد الكيميائية لكل عربي يهتم بالمجالات العلمية والصناعية.
ومما يذكر أن كل هذه المواد الكيميائية المذكورة تستوردها الأقطار العربية بمبالغ طائلة من العملات الأجنبية بينما يمكن إقامة مشاريع عربية مشتركة لتوفر أساسيات المواد الكيميائية الأولية الفنية في الوطن العربي خصوصاً إمكانية قيام مجمع صناعي عربي للمذيبات أو مجمع صناعي عربي لمشتقات بالآلاف من الملح (الصوديوم) أو مجمع للمواد المضافة الصناعية وزياد طاقات إنتاج الراتنجات والولوج في إنتاج الغزول من النفط والغاز الطبيعي مثل الأكرليك والبوليستر والحرير وقيام صناعة نسيج من هذه المواد الكيميائية الغزيرة في الوطن العربي من أجل ازدهار الاقتصاد العربي الوطني والقومي وزيادة العمالة والناتج المحلي الإجمالي والدخل القومي وتوفير العملات الأجنبية.
