Book Description
تعود العلاقة بين أوروبا والصهاينة إلى ما قبل نشوء الكيان الإسرائيلي في العام 1948، حيث تشكّلت الحركة الصهيونية في أوروبا، ومنها بدأت أولى الهجرات إلى فلسطين قبل الإستعمار البريطاني لها، أي خلال الحكم العثماني.
ومن نافل القول أن اتفاق سايكس - بيكو في العام 1916 بين فرنسا وبريطانيا لتنقسيم المنطقة العربية - الإسلامية ، والذي تلاه في العام 1917 وعد بلفور البريطاني لليهود بإقامة وطن قومي لهم في فلسطين؛ قد أسس للعلاقة الأوروبية الإستعمارية - الصهيونية التي تجلّت بتعبيد الطريق للمهاجرين اليهود إلى فلسطين ومنحهم السبل والحماية اللازمة لتأسيس مستوطناتهم فيها، تمهيداً لقيام كيانهم واستقرار دولتهم.
ولا شك أن الدول الأوروبية الكبرى تتحمل مسؤولية تاريخية وأخلاقية وقانونية عن نشوء القضية الفلسطينية وقيام الكيان الإستيطاني الإسرائيلي، بشكل مخالف لكل مبادىء القانون الدولي، نتيجة وعد بلفور وسياسات الإنتداب بداية، وصولاً إلى استمرار الدعم الأوروبي الإستثنائي لهذا الكيان: سياسياً وإقتصادياً وعسكرياً.
هذه الدراسة أردنا منها تسليط الضوء مجدداً على ارتباط المشروع الصهيوني بالمشروع الإستعماري، تاريخياً واستراتيجياً. لكن ذلك لا يعني عدم وجود خلافات وتباينات أحياناً بين الكيان الإسرائيلي وبعض الدول الأوروبية، أو مع الإتحاد الأوروبي عموماً وحتى مع الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، كما أبرزت تطورات الأعوام الماضية، بخصوص عملية التسوية، وأطروحة حل الدولتين، وقضية المستوطنات في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.
