وسوف نتعرف خلال هذا البحث على إجابات لتلك الأسئلة وغيرها بشأن كل ما يخص عملية تقديم وتنفيذ المساعدات الإنسانية. وحتى نتعرف على المساعدات الإنسانية الدولية, وما يثيره هذا الموضوع من نقاط قانونية هامة تستوجب البحث والدراسة. فقد رأينا أن نتناوله وفقاً لخطة البحث التالية: الفصل الأول خصصناه للبحث في مضمون الحق في المساعدات الإنسانية, الفصل الثاني نتناول فيه دراسة إجراءات تنفيذ المساعدات الإنسانية الدولية, الفصل الثالث نعرض فيه لأهم الآليات الكفيلة بوضع الحق في المساعدة الإنسانية موضع التنفيذ, خاتمة نستعرض فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي خلصنا إليها من هذا البحث.
