ما هي الدوافع النفسية والاجتماعية والسياسية التي جعلت الشعراء يحملون راية العصيان؟ وأجبرتهم على كتابة قصائد الهجاء المسمومة؟ التي يعد اقترافها من «الكبائر» أو من «المحظورات» في أحسن الأحوال! وما هي الأسباب التي أرغمتهم على كتابة هذا اللون الشعري, وساقتهم إليه رغمًا عنهم؟ فراحوا يقذفون بقصائدهم الحارقة التي جرت عليهم كثيرًا من الأزمات والمصائب؛ كالسجن والنفي والمطاردة والتشريد والتصفية الجسدية!
هؤلاء الشعراء لا يتصنعون «الشعر الممنوع» ولا يتكلفونه كغيره من الأغراض الشعرية الأخرى, إنما يفرض نفسه عليهم فرضًا.. إنها لحظة المخاض- كما وصفها الشعراء أنفسهم! فلابد لهذا الجنين أن يخرج إلى النور على الفور سواء كانت ولادته عادية ميسرة, أو قيصرية متعسرة.. المهم أن يخرج هذا الكائن إلى الحياة. أما عن اسمه ورزقه وأجله؛ فهذه مسائل أخرى تتضح معالمها فيما بعد الولادة.. حيث يبدأ صراع هذا «الوليد» الشعري مع الوجود الخارجي الملبد بالسحب الداكنة, والعواصف الهوجاء, والحفر والمطبات الصناعية.
