ومن قضية إلى قضية تبقى أحجية التنمية وأسئلتها الحائرة. من يحمل مسؤلية التغيير القادم؟ ومن يقتات على عائده؟, ومن يسند فواتيره الإجتماعية؟ ومن يطعن فى تقديرات ضرائبه أو يتصل من وصفه الشرائحى فيها؟ من يقاوم؟ وبأى مبرر أخلاقى؟ وإلى متى؟ ومن يفيد من ذلك أو يضار؟. من يتبعد طبقياً ومن يرد إليه إعتباره الإجتماعى الأدبى ويعوض سياسياً؟ أو مادياً عن طويل معاناته, وإستبعاده الطبقى عن سامق الهرم المجتمعى؟, وبأى خريطة سياسية يظهر المجتمع وبأى طريقة تعكس هذه الخريطة واقعه؟
ربما يحمل التفكير فى إخراج هذا الكتاب شيئاً من ذلك الإرث المعرفى الثقيل, قد يضيف عليه, وقد يطرح بعضاً منه عن كاهل المهتمين به, أو يترك للقادم من الأيام مهمة ذلك كله.
