هذا الكتاب دراسة وثائقية هامة حول الواقع الاقتصادى والسياسى والإعلامى والاستراتيجى للعراق تحت حكم الاحتلال الأمريكى، وفى إطار الصراع الضارى ببين منهج كافة الأطياف العراقية، ومنهج بوش الابن، وهما - من وجهة نظر المؤلف - منهجان اتفقا على مشترك واحد، وهو القتل المجانى، الذى لم يطل إلا أبناء العراق (أكثر من مائة ألف شهيد عراقى، منذ سقوط النظام السابق). والكتاب يقدم محاكمة وثائقية بالأرقام لإخفاقات حكومات الاحتلال، وبخاصة حكومة إبراهيم الجعفرى: على كافة الأصعدة. كما يقدم محاكمة بالوثائق للاحتلال الأمريكى- البريطاني، الذى دمر العراق باسم الديمقراطية، وهذا الاحتلال، وذالك الإرهاب يدعيان أنهما قد حررا شعب العراق، ولكن المؤلف يؤكد أنهما قد حرروه من الحياة بالقتل.
